Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed through the YA LI BIGIOTTERIA DI DU XIAOHONG website. The Client declares and guarantees that they are acting in the course of their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity, and that they hold a valid VAT number. These terms therefore govern a B2B (business-to-business) contractual relationship.

The minimum amount per order is €50.00 (fifty euros), exclusive of shipping costs. Orders below this amount cannot be fulfilled.

Prices shown on the website are in Euros and exclude VAT. Payment is made via Stripe according to the methods indicated therein. The electronic invoice is issued by YA LI BIGIOTTERIA DI DU XIAOHONG and sent to the Client.

Shipping is free for orders above:

- €300.00 for standard users

- €200.00 for VIP users (with annual spend of €500.00 or more)

Free shipping applies only to mainland Italy and ordinary service areas without additional costs. Excluded are:

- Major and minor islands: Sicily, Sardinia, Aeolian Islands, Egadi Islands, Pantelleria, Ustica, Pontine Islands, Tuscan Archipelago, and any other Italian island;

- Venetian Lagoon and lagoon areas;

- Mountain areas and remote, outlying or limited-access areas as defined by carriers (TNT, UPS, SDA, etc.).

For these destinations, the shipping cost will be calculated and communicated to the Client before order fulfilment, by email or phone. The Client may accept the additional cost or request order cancellation without penalty.

The Client declares and guarantees that they are acting in the course of their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity, and that they hold a valid VAT number. These general terms of sale therefore govern a B2B contractual relationship. Consequently, the provisions of Articles 45 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) regarding the consumer's right of withdrawal do not apply. Orders placed through this website are irrevocable and no right of withdrawal, return or refund is provided for reasons other than product defects or flaws.

The Client must inspect the goods upon delivery and notify any defects or flaws in writing within 8 (eight) working days of receipt, failing which the goods shall be deemed accepted.

In the event of a duly notified and verified defect, YA LI BIGIOTTERIA DI DU XIAOHONG shall exclusively:

(a) issue a discount voucher (voucher) of equivalent value to the defective goods, usable on a future order; or

(b) provide a replacement product of equivalent value, to be shipped with the Client's next order.

No cash refund will be given, nor will YA LI BIGIOTTERIA DI DU XIAOHONG bear the shipping costs for returning the defective product or sending the replacement.

For any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of these general terms of sale, the exclusive competent court shall be that of Padua. The Client, as a professional, expressly accepts this clause pursuant to Italian Civil Code art. 1341.
