No. All prices on our B2B portal are shown excluding VAT. The applicable VAT will be added at checkout after entering your billing details.
We support Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Satispay, and SEPA Bank Transfer. For bank transfers, the order is shipped once the payment clears.
We ship across Europe. In Italy, delivery takes 24-48 hours. Shipping is free for orders over €150. For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee of €8.90 applies.
No. As this is a B2B wholesale platform, the consumer 14-day cooling-off return policy does not apply under Italian law. Returns are only approved for verified manufacturer defects reported within 7 days of receiving the package.
