Please note that YALIBIJOUX is a dedicated B2B wholesale platform. Under Italian and EU laws, the standard 14-day consumer right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does NOT apply to business-to-business (B2B) transactions. All sales are final.
Reporting Defects or Shortages (8-Day Limit)
Upon receipt, please inspect your items immediately. Any manufacturing defects, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to us within 8 calendar days from delivery (under Art. 1495 of the Italian Civil Code). Late claims will be rejected.
How to File a Claim
To report a defective item, please send an email to info@yalibijoux.it containing:
- Your Order ID / Invoice Number
- Item Code, color, and quantity of defective goods
- Clear photos or video proving the defect
Resolution Policy (No Cash Refunds)
Once our quality team approves your claim, we will resolve the issue through one of the following methods:
- Discount Voucher: A discount voucher of the exact value of the defective goods, to be used in your next purchase.
- Replacement in Next Order: We will ship replacement items directly with your next confirmed wholesale order.
- No Cash Refund: Please note that we do not offer cash or bank transfer refunds for B2B accounts.
